By using the Service, you agree to:

Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

Usage Limits & Plans
The Service offers two tiers:
Basic (Free) — Limited property searches per month
Pro (Paid) — Significantly more searches per month
Usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month. Searching the same property multiple times may use cached data and not count against your quota.
Payments & Subscriptions
Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Payment is processed securely by Stripe
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page
After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial months
Free Trial
If offered a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Government data used in the Service is sourced from public Victorian Government APIs and remains the property of the respective government departments.
You may use property reports generated by the Service for your personal research purposes. You may not resell or commercially distribute the reports without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information from the Service
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Scheduled maintenance
Technical issues or outages
Third-party API unavailability (Google, Victorian Government, etc.)
Circumstances beyond our control
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms of Service

Fail to pay subscription fees when due
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
